Founder & Principal
Angus is a seasoned advisor and operator with deep experience developing and executing value creation plans for businesses backed by private capital.
Before founding Ironbark Partners, he spent 10 years at Bain & Company across Australia, USA, and Mexico, most of it in the Private Equity Practice. He led the development of Bain's global post-acquisition value creation offering, working closely with Bain's industry and capability specialists, management teams, and investors to accelerate growth and improve operational performance.
Originally from Adelaide, Angus is a devoted and patient Crows supporter. These days, he's based in Sydney, where most weekends involve battling it out for a wave with local surfers.
